Holiday Love Light – Tree Lighting Ceremony – Tomah Health
We invite you to join us for our Tree Lighting Ceremony on Sunday, December 7, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. to remember a special friend, relative, or loved one. Give a true gift of love, with a Hospice Love Light donation to remember a special friend, relative or loved one who is no longer with us. Donate by Nov. 28th, 2025, to be included in the ceremony. Return donation form, along with your check (payable to Hospice Touch) to 601 Straw Street, Tomah, WI 54660. Donors can upload or bring a loved one’s photo with this form to Hospice Touch so the photo can be included in the ceremony presentation.
